Taft Point Yosemite Engagement Photos T+T

When I met Trinity and Timothy I knew from the very beginning we were completely meant to be! There was never a moment that felt like these two were anything less than close friends. We shared stories with one another and really bonded on the short hike to Taft Point. I've been able to meet a lot of really amazing people through photography but I don't know if I could say I had bonded with them all as closely as I was able to with Trinity and Timothy.

Yosemite takes my breath away every time I get to visit. I will never forget those views, the hike back in the dark, or the energy these two brought with them during our session!

What is so awesome is how closely I am located to Yosemite Park. I am about an hour and a half from the valley floor and about two hours to Taft Point and Glacier Point!

Yosemite is utterly a beautiful place and definitely should be on your list of PLACES TO VISIT! I do recommend a few things before getting into the park though. New policies have recently been put into place. 1. You must have a reservation to get into the park which you can find HERE (be sure to get your reservation ticket well in advance as the park is only allowing half the capacity of cars they normally allow). 2. You may also want to take into consideration a few other essentials to pack with you:

Be prepared for the trek into Yosemite Park. It is quite the hike to see the breathtaking views like Taft Point so MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH GAS and food and water to last you. Lastly, RESPECT THE PARK!
